Tim Kober 
Tim Kober is the founding principal of Cedar Financial Advisors, LLC, an independent, fee-only financial planning firm based in Portland, Oregon.  Tim specializes in providing Fee-Only financial planning, retirement planning, and wealth management services to individuals and families.
Prior to founding Cedar Financial Advisors, Tim spent 18 years as a Director of Strategic Planning and other Senior Management positions at Intel Corporation.  He played a key role in creating and managing several successful businesses and product lines, and was valued as a trusted advisor to executives and as a leader/mentor to his team. 
Scott Beaudin 

Scott Beaudin founded Pathway Financial Advisors in 2000, and carries nearly 20 years of experience assisting individuals, families and companies with all aspects of financial management as well as business transitions. He splits his time between offices in Atlanta, Georgia, and Burlington, Vermont, working with clients in many states.
Scott attended the University of Vermont where he earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting. He later graduated with honors from the nationally-recognized Robinson School of Business in Atlanta, Georgia, with a MBA-finance degree. Scott is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) practitioner. He is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and holds the Personal Financial Specialist (CPA/PFS) designation awarded by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
Stephen Craffen 

Steve Craffen, is a graduate of Stevens Institute of Technology, and recipient of an MBA in Finance from Rutgers, he began his career as an engineer. He later made the career change to financial services, and joined Prudential in 1988, selling investment and insurance products. Dissatisfied with that approach, he became a financial planner and investment advisor, and in 1993 founded Stonegate Wealth Management, LLC. Based in Oakland, NJ. Stonegate has approximately $130 million in assets under management.

His service to NAPFA and the Northeast Mid-Atlantic Region Board includes: Member Region Conference Committee (2007-09), Region Study Group Leader (2008-12), Region Chair (2013-14), Region President (2012-13), member Board of Governors (2012-14), member Relocation Task Force (2014), and member NAPFA Ethics Committee (2014-present).
Steve is a Chartered Financial Analyst® Chartholder, a Chartered Financial Consultant®, and a Chartered Life Underwriter®. Additionally, he received a Master of Science in Financial Planning with concentrations in estate and retirement planning. He resides with his wife and daughter, where he enjoys hobbies that include reading, photography, sports cars, and karate-in which he holds a black belt in Shotokan.
Roger Pine
Presidents' Council 

Roger Pine joined Briaud Financial Advisors in 2008 as a Financial Planner, after working in the energy industry for eight years. Prior to joining Briaud, he was an independent business and technology consultant to energy trading companies, serving some of the largest names in the industry, on three continents. He made the career move to financial planning because he wanted the chance to work with people on an individual and more personal basis.
His service to NAPFA and the South Region Board includes: South Region Board (2012-15), Region Symposium Committee Chair (2013), Region Symposium Committee member (2014-15), South Region Board President (2014), South Region Board Chair (2015), and member Spring National Conference Planning Committee (2015).

Roger resides with his wife Natalie and their two children. In his spare time he enjoys performing in community musical theater, tinkering with electronics and running marathons.
 Frank Moore
Frank Moore founded Vintage Financial Services in 1985 after working in the banking industry and with an investment firm.  Frank was one of 100 advisors featured in the 2012 book, America’s Top Financial Advisors: Financial Strategies from the Titans of Wealth Management.  Numerous national publications have quoted Frank and featured his market insights. Those have included the Wall Street Journal, Business Week, Financial Planning, The Journal of Financial Planning, Medical Economics, Investment News, Wealth Manager and others.
He is a graduate of the University of Michigan where he earned a B.A. in economics. After his undergraduate studies, Frank became a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER Professional™ and has earned a Master of Science in financial services with a specialization in wealth management.   He and his wife, Jennifer, live in Ann Arbor and have three children.
James Cantrell

Jim Cantrell is a  Fee-Only financial advisor with more than 20 years of experience, Jim is founder and principal of Financial Strategies, Inc. located in Brookfield, WI. Combining professional and personal dedication for the purpose of creative and skillful planning, he emphasizes the importance of client relationships. He's amassed extensive experience in both financial planning and investment advising.
His service to NAPFA and the Midwest Region Board includes: Wisconsin Study Group Leader, Member Region Board (2009-14), Region Board President (2011-12), Region Chair (2012-13), and Member Firm Membership Committee.
In his personal life, Jim enjoys jogging, canoeing, wilderness camping, boxing and serving as the Pastor of his church.  Jim and his wife Lynn have two daughters.
Dave O'Brien
Public Policy
In 2016, Dave co-founded Evolution Advisers – a continuation of O’Brien Financial Planning, a Fee-Only Registered Investment Advisory and Financial Planning firm he started in 2006 after 18 successful years at General Electric. While at GE, Dave developed expertise in business and financial management, and was called on to provide business leadership and consulting on a global basis. This experience at one of the world’s best run businesses provided him with a depth of understanding how to deliver successful results.
He received a BA and MBA from the University of Richmond, a Certificate in Financial Planning from Virginia Commonwealth University, and the ACCREDITED INVESTMENT FIDUCIARY™ (AIF®) designation awarded by the Center for Fiduciary Studies, which is associated with the University of Pittsburgh. Dave is often quoted in The New York Times, Bloomberg, InvestmentNews, MintLife and other publications regarding financial planning and is a frequent speaker at industry conferences. Dave chairs the NAPFA Public Policy committee and a member of the Financial Planning Coalition.  He has served on the NAPFA Compensation committee and the NAPFA South Region Board. He recently served on the CFP Board compensation task force and CFP Board professional standards task force and is a former president and chairman of the Central Virginia chapter of the Financial Planning Association.
Richard Feight

Rich Feight founded IAM Financial, LLC, a fee-only financial planning investment advisory firm in East Lansing and Grand Rapids Michigan in 2007 with the goal of helping self-employed business owners and professionals organize their finances so they can retire on time.

Rich is a graduate of Michigan State University where he received his degree in Finance. He is a  CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) practitioner and Enrolled Agent with the Internal Revenue Service.

Along with his duties on the National Board of NAPFA Rich also serves on the Small Business Association of Michigan's Strategic Communications Committee. He is a former membership director for the Midwest board of NAPFA, and a past President and Chairman of the Board of the Financial Planning Association (FPA) of Michigan. He's also a past President of Transportation Toastmasters Club 4776 downtown Lansing. He has been quoted in both local and national media and when he's not blogging for his blog, ThinkingBeyondNumbers.com, or contributing to Investopedia.com, FIGuide.com, and NerdWallet.com, Rich enjoys going to the beach with his wife and two kids, golfing with clients, and learning/teaching the Budo art of Aikido. 
Pam Poldiak
Asst. Treasurer/Finance
Pamela “Pam” D. Poldiak, CPA, CFP® is a 1991 graduate of the University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce. She has specialized in working with young couples, dentists, physicians, and single women.

Pam has served as a speaker at several financial industry conferences on various topics. She has been quoted in many publications including The Washington Post, The Richmond Times-Dispatch, Smart Money, MSN Money, Research Magazine and Financial Planning Magazine. Pam earned a B.S. in Accounting in 1991 and passed the CPA exam in 1992.

Pam lives in Salem, Virginia with her husband Mike and two sons. She is a member of the Roanoke Junior Woman’s club, a civic organization that focuses on women and children in need in the Roanoke Valley. She has served as Treasurer of the PTA at both G.W. Carver Elementary and Andrew Lewis Middle School, and has participated as a volunteer teacher with the Roanoke Valley Junior Achievement program.  She is also currently serving on the Board of the UVA Club of the Roanoke Valley.
L. Ann Coulson, Ph.D., CFP®

Dr. Ann Coulson received her B.S. from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 1974 in Vocational Home Economics Education. She spent the next eight years working for utility companies in Arkansas and Missouri providing public relations and education. She completed her M.S. in Operations Management from the University of Arkansas in 1980 and her Ph.D. in Human Environmental Sciences (Family & Consumer Economics) from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 1988. She completed the requirements for the Certified Financial Planner™ certification in 1991.

From 1987 until 1996, Dr. Coulson taught at Kansas State University where she was instrumental in the creation of K-State’s CFP® Board registered undergraduate program. While at K-State she won the prestigious Conoco Undergraduate Teaching Award. She moved to Chicago in 1995. While in Chicago, Dr. Coulson served as the Director of the Institute for Personal Finance, an educational institution under the auspices of the Association for Financial Counseling and Planning Education. The purpose of the institute was to educate financial and housing counselors.

In 2001, Dr. Coulson and her family returned to Kansas where she managed L. Ann Coulson, Ph.D., CFP®, L.L.C., a fee-only financial planning practice. She currently serves as a faculty member for Kansas State University where she teaches on campus undergraduate and online graduate level classes in financial planning.
Joel Isaacson
